Take advantage of our exclusive student accommodation rates during the conference. Rooms are available at a non-refundable rate of £125–£145 per night, inclusive of VAT and breakfast, with full payment required online.
Book early — unbooked rooms will be released from our allocation in stages from 25 June 2026, with further releases in July and August. Once returned to the university’s accommodation pool, availability will be limited and rates may increase.

You will receive  booking instructions including your booking code when you register for the conference.
